I made a ad to advertise my webcomic and on the Advertiser Panel it says "Clicks / Outside", with one number in orange and the other in green, what do these mean? Specifically what "outside" means.

"Outside" means clicks on your ad from outside "Scarlet-Clicks"
i.e. Without Login inside Scarlet-Clicks (in Log-out mode)

These clicks are "FREE" clicks that you don't pay for
(you got it free ) , as also Scarlet-Clicks
doesn't pay for !
