I made topic here asking you to reply to my ticket then I did not get reply to my ticket and as well my topic here was deleted
there must be something wrong as we always get an answer from you and we always get better treatment more than that so we hope that everything is going ok with you and we wish you all the best

How many days have passed since you made the support ticket? You should wait a couple of days to get a response before you start worrying.
