Multiple withdraws with Bitcoin due to processing time possible?

I found in the FAQ following information.
Bitcoin withdraws can take up to 7 days (or even longer).

As the Withdrawal time frame for yearly gold is 5 days, it could be that one transaction isnt finished.
Is it possible / allowed to do a second withdraw 5 days after the first one?

Probably only a theoretically question ^^

But another question:
What are the fees and minimum limits for all processors?
I didnt find a list so far ...
And as I invested once with bitcoin, I cannot see any other processors anymore due to the updated withdrawing rules.
But now, as I havent invested that much, I could siwtch away from bitcoin (if the fees are less eg.)
