Yes for improving earnings not averages.
Your initial thrust (in my view) should be not on improving averages but on improving earnings which you will get by increasing Rented Referalls. The sooner you do it the better it is.
Stability, Profitability can come later.
It will also help you lower your BEP. For example with only 500 RRs and Yearly Gold membership fee and recycle costs, you wont even recover your investment.
