You have to wait up to 7 days in order to receive your payment.

For the second time you requested your payment to an invalid Paypal account id.
The first time you got a refund even though you shouldn't.
Read our TOS :
If you request your payment but you are not eligible to receive funds or you have added a wrong id, you can not request for a refund.We are not responsible for your mistakes.
