Withdrawal to Airtm

I can not withdraw money on airtm, you need to enter the date of birth, enter, writes the wrong date. What date of birth does it require ? Air tm payment system ?

Try using the American date format.
Being British, this caught me out on my first few attempts at using airtm. Once I swapped day/month around the transfer went through fine. Easy mistake to miss even though it is clearly shown, but my brain defaulted to dd/MM/yyyy. It needs to be MM/dd/yyyy
