Cannot click ads

I got myself registered yesterday but for some reason I am not permitted to click on ads. What may the matter be.What should I type in the box beside Payza or PayPal in the registration form? |

Admin Sir, thank you for the prompt reply. I see the ads but the usual mouse pointer "the index finger" doesn't appear. I get the "arrow" pointer, which doesn't help. May be it's because I haven't given the required E-mail ID. I'm going to try again and report to you.
