Withdraw info please

I cannot withdraw from my balance, there s no withdraw button. There is one only next to shared balance. Can somebody explain me how withdrawn is going.

Hello,

In order to withdraw your account balance you have to click at "Withdraw" on the left account menu.

hello, why doesn't the balance pass balance to shared balance, if it already exceeds the minimum?

In order to withdraw your account balance you have to click at "Withdraw" on the left account menu.
