This is regarding Referral Upgrade Commission & Referral Ad Purchase Commission. Is there any separate head under which they are paid? Or it simply shows up with your earnings? Is it for all referrals(DR+RR) or only DRs?

Commission is paid for direct referals only, there is no separate heading just added to main balance
