Problem with PTSU offer

Hello,Sorry if my english isn't perfect, I'll try to explain as bestI can. I have a PTSU offer in the PTSU section. Until this moment, no one of those who applied for this offer has passed the requirements and I have had to reject them all. In the advertisers panel, after clik in "pending" applications of my offer, I can see the detalis of each application and I have two options: accept or reject. However, after of write the reasons for rejection of their applications and clik in reject, these applications are still as "pending". Is this a bug in the system or is there another way to reject the applications? Two of them are already accepted, I guess that when it is a long time as "pending" is accepted automatically. I've sent a ticket to support, but I'm afraid that I can't recover the credits of the people who are as "accepted" altough I rejected before. Could I edit the description of the offer or cancel the offer recovering the credits and put a new offer with a more accurate description? |

Yeah, that just happened to me. I can't reject this guy: dcnbsk. He's trying to claim on both my offers falsely.

Finally, I discovered that it usually happens when a user don't write nothing in the field "welcome email". If the user writes something you can reject without problems, if it's necessary. Fortunately, admin gave back the credits (Thank you  )and I'll post again the offer with another description, but I hope that staff solve this.

If I want to reject somebody for cheating, the system won't allow it most of the time. To have people lie for a pittance is bad enough but then not being able to reject them for lying is extremely annoying. Please sort this out ASAP.
