i hav balance in my paypal account but am have not linked my debit card to paypal..

i want to add fund in scarletclicks but am not able to add fund.

can i add funds without linking the debit card??
if yes then how??
plz help

what is error masseges you get when addfund via paypal?

You no need linked in to CC to add fund as long as the account balance must have money.
