AVG decrease, recycle increase

Hi
I have never had such low AVG (5.4-5.5) 10+ days in a row, and I have never recycled so much.
Everyday I have 5-10% non-clickers. Activity is very low.
Anyone else experiencing this?

me too.
I have 1000 rented ref.
Now I recycle ref amount 6-10 ref per day.
