whenever i click on any ad or the scarlet grid and click on the ad i stay on the ad page for more than 30 sec but my click is still showing as 0 which means it is not being recorded, kindly help

Your antivirus/adblocker is the culprit here. Depending upon the one you are using, do a Google search how to disable it. Do the needful and things will fall in place.
