Autopay money is deducted from your "Purchase Balance" see that you have sufficient balance in that for autopay trigger to work properly. I hope it helps, I never had this issue when I was on autopay. Remember, the money in "Main Balance" will not be deducted automaticaly if you run low on your Purchase Balance. This is an old thread from 2016, must have been some teething issue long ago.
