Hello Admin , I'm not able to log into the site too , and question is wrong. Now ask a birthday date , but before I have totally another question . After all, its impossible to log out , and send a ticket . Same is at my friends ''babra56'' and ''darijadarija'' , and biggest problem at all is that we can't now put money on purchase balance for autopay , and we probably loose a bunch of ours rented referrals . Because of that please can you fix this issue ASAP , to we can normally work . Best regards ''Gama59'' . |

This is edited, look for the original problem below(which I believewill solve your login issues). It asks for your Birthday - it is not, it's your Date of Birth. Clicking on the date field brings up 2018 so you would think it is just about "your birthday" - month and day. It's not, it is your actual Date of Birth. Click the date field and ignore the calendar that pops up. Enter your Date of Birth in the field. If you were born on March 30th 1985 - it is either 03/30/1985 or 30/03/1985 Change your dates to fit the format above. ------------------------------------------------------- Your account security is important to us. Set your birthday date correctly. We may ask you that if you are not able to access to your account. Please, set your birthday once before you continue. ------------------------------------------------------- Pre edit and now solved by above When my Birthday is entered........... Birthday field is not correct Do I need to put a fake Birthday date to get in?  Click Support from that page and you can't get support(from either the top right link or the bottom). |

Strangely, within the last week at GPTPlanet I was asked for my father's name as a 'security' feature. Today I was asked for my birthday at the same site. I'm beginning to think this is a great way to gather information for identity theft. Today is the first day I've been asked for my birthday at both Scarlet Clicks and Optimalbux as well as GPTPlanet. It is disturbing.
