Hello,We removed the previous withdraw rule of the 10% and we added a more common one which it's easier for members to understand and more fair for members with large deposits that were made from payment processors which are not available any more. I want to make clear from the start this withdraw rule is for only the members that have deposits. If you do not have any deposit you can withdraw to any payment processor you want. From now on you can withdraw an unlimited amount to the payment processor from which you have the most deposits . The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the deposits you've made through them individually. For example if you have $100 in deposits from Payza and $10 from Skrill you can withdraw up to $10 to Skrill until you deposit more from Skrill. If you reach or have more than $100 deposits from Skrill then Skrill becomes the processor which you used to make the most deposits so you can withdraw an unlimited amount to Skrill. As i mentioned this rule is much simpler and it will decrease the need for us to exchange funds through the payment processors therefor decrease the withdraw fees. I want to make clear that all this is happening due to the recent events of Payza and their legal case.We have a lot of funds that are frozen in our Payza account and since we consider them "lost" we have to make sure that this will not affect the stability of our sites. Update 28/8 : We modified the rule so the deposits that were made from Paypal will not count since Payza is the payment processor that it's causing this issue, not Paypal. So,let me give an example in order to make this clear. Let's say that you have the following deposits/withdraws : Paypal $1200 deposits/ $500 withdraws Payza $500 deposits / $200 withdraws Perfect Money $100 / $80 withdraws Normally your primary processor was paypal but since it doesn't count anymore your primary processor is Payza with $500 deposits but now you want to withdraw to Perfect Money. You can withdraw up to $20 so you will reach your PM deposits. In order to withdraw more you will have to deposit more via PM. In order to make PM your primary processor you have to deposit more than $500.This way you will be able to make an unlimited number of withdraws to Perfect Money. Thanks for your understanding. Hi admin,Maybe I don’t understand the new rule but I don’t understand how this rule is “fair for members with large deposits that were made from payment processors which are not available any more”. In my case, it’s a painfull rule, I deposited a lot with PayPal (like 700-800$) and Payza. So, if I understand well, I have to deposit 800$ with Skrill to have unlimited withdrawals.. It’s really hard, it’s a lot of money.. Older processors should not count.. :( Sorry for my English, I hope you’ll understand. :) |

Quote: Mharry18 You can deposit any amount from Skrill and you can withdraw up to that amunt to Skrill. You may repeat this process anytime you want. If you reach or have more than $700-800 deposits from Skrill (in total) then Skrill becomes the processor which you used to make the most deposits so you can withdraw an unlimited amount to Skrill. |

true is not fair but it should be necessary at this time for the ptc is maintained as these businesses are maintained with income and as he says all for the inconveniences of payza, you have to buckle the seatbelts
