Admin, made the mistake of accidentally bought Silver
Return the funds to the balance. I will buy Gold

Raise a support ticket instead of a forum post. You can purchase the Gold membership and ask the balance to be refunded from your balance days left in Silver membership, this was with the previous Admin. I don't know how Admin has formulated new ones.
With me I was refunded my next months Silver membership. So, I graduated to Gold without any wait next month.

The first thing i did was write to support. Then to the forum. Then , on your advice, i bought gold. But no response from admin

Admin has to do that manually, in your current ticket mention that to return money of your balance days from Silver membership.
