i didn't receive my payment

i want to inform the admin, i trust you so much, but i don't know how to get my issue solved , also i want to know, that payment (my payment) is completed, in the other side i didn't get my payment.

as you see, i don't know what's the problem is? , is that because i am from egypt , and i told you before that i've unverified paypal account, actually, i don't have a credit card to verify it, but i searched paypal terms and policy, i found this page says

is that egyptian account not supported in receiving payments, or what's wrong in this issue?
i want a solution
give me your opinion about this issue please , and say what to do

Maybe you entered the wrong paypal email ID or paypal does not allowed receiving and withdrawing money in your country.

Hello,

This is the error that i get:
"Currently PayPal accounts in Egypt are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds."
I added the funds back to your account but next time you will not get a refund since it is not our mistake that you requested a payment when you are not able to receive it.So,next time make sure that you can receive funds.
