About Support Tickets

When we submit a support ticket, aren't we supposed to get a confirmation to our mail, indicating the ticket number?
I tried opening one yesterday, but I haven't received any message (yes, I also checked my spam box), which means I won't be able to keep track of any replies that come.

Yes,you receive an email with the ticket number.
Are you sure that the email account you have in your settings is correct?
