i request for payment at May 7 2013 05:40:31 AM

and today May 10 2013 05:53:24

i ask you : where my payment. why it is still pending

We just sent the payments.
7th of May + 3 days = 10th of May.
So because there was a delay of 13 minutes you opened a thread.There was a delay because yesterday we couldn't send the payments because we were updating some files on the system.
