Dear Admin

Here I am facing Referral Renting problem. I already have purchase balance to buy 75 referral. But here it showing 5 referrals in your system. I am planning to buy more than 100 referral and invest more than $20 dollars. Every time I am facing renting problem it showing only 5 to 10 referrals. At what time I can able to buy more than 100 referrals (using particular hours) so that I can able to invest. If you arrange particular timing hours so that I can able to buy easily. At presently I don t know at what time I can able to buy referal at least 50 should be there. Each and every time I need to check whether referral available or not. Hence, I am requesting you please provide good solution and looking forward good response from you.

Without being 100% certain, I think that it is because of your membership that you have limitations on how many referrals you can purchase at a time. I got yearly gold and had the ability to purchase 100 at a time with this membership. In your post you mention buying them, so I am uncertain if you are actually trying to buy referrals or renting them. If you buy them there will only be the amount of available referrals listed. Maybe this could be your problem? Either way try writing a ticket to support and see if they can answer you with more clearity, and good luck with Scarlet Clicks.

As per monthly Gold membership 500 rr limit monthly or yearly basis...? I just confusing pl clarify my doubt. If it is monthly concerns I have used only 75 rr out of 500

Hello There,
I think this is because of the pack of RRs limitation according to your membership, due to your
kind of membership; you can only rent limited packs of RRs until you reach the maximum amount
of RRs, that's why, got it?

You may rent up to 500 RR based on your membership, unfortunately you have just run out of referrals.
Please try to rent several minutes before or after server reset time.

yeah I have the same problem not long ago, turn out its just the server down
