Hi Staff and Members i have a question i have autopay enabled my next referral
is due for payment in -1 day and the last time they clicked was on 27-7-2013 my question
is will autopay pay for that referral? i had a problem before with my referrals being taking away
from me with money in my purchase balance and autopay turned on. Does my referral have to click
on the day that he or she is up for payment in order for auto pay to work? that's what it seems like thanks for the help.

Hello,

I'm not sure I understood your question, but in the meantime Admin see this let's bring a sum up about how it works (maybe it helps you):

1. If your RR click ads, their days remain the same like yesterday (Autopay will take a fee from your purchase balance to make this happen).
2. If your RR didn't click, their days will decrease 1 days (No fees).

And your referrals needs more than 20 days before renewal, else autopay is not effective.

I do believe this is not correct for this site.I currently have 450 refs with less than 20 days and the autopay amount has not decreased which it should if it didnt work for them.

Can anyone confirm this?

Yes,you are correct.You do not need more than 20 days in order for the autopay to work.
