it took too much time time to answer my supprt ticket .

please check it, my status is not that complicated, no credits, not upgraded, not rented referrals, only my own clicks.

why did you join scarlet-clicks again? Did you get your account deleted? All deleted accounts loose their balance. If you re-join your account balance is obvious to show zero
