hello my friends,
i lost my account in the server crash,
i sent a support ticket, & waited like u guys for a reply,
yesterday the admin recovered my balance, my membership, the 2000 r.r. & 21 dir. since june
there is about 75 dir. lost in the server crash before june, but its k i will advertise & will get more than that for sure :)
the admin will recover all ur accounts for sure, just wait for his replay & do exactly what he's telling u to do :)
the admin is doing his best here ...
there is about 200,000 member in scarlet & gpt planet, if there is 20,000 accounts lost in the crash, that's mean about 20,000 tickets & he can't let anyone answer those tickets because the survival of the site depends on how he will answer those tickets very carefully ...
so he must read more than 20,000 tickets very carefully one by one & thats really will take some time ...
on top of all this, the admin have to manage the both sites and to respond to all members in the forum and approve the withdrawals & ptsu ....
its really a hard work, god help u admin in these rough days & best of luck my friend

I trust administrator will complete the account recovery for members, but it will take a very long time.

and those who invest in will take a lot of benefits.
For example:
Previously, RRS has stabilized, it must now to start again.
DRs have certainly lost can not be recovered (recovery only 1 part).
And the waiting period, can not do anything else!

However, I think the administrator will have satisfactory treatment!
And, the site also serious loss, not just members!
