Ad Still Not Loading

Dear Admin,

I have submitted a support ticket about this and got a reply that it had been answered. When I enter the ticket ID it says "invalid". Where can I find the reply that was sent?

Secondly, the ad titled "BMW,bmw ,automobile Bmw, Bmw occasion" is not loading for me. I have already tried using the ESC key, refreshing the page, and clearing all browsing history and cookies. It still won't load.

Please fix.

Can you tell me the ticket id?
Also,the advertisement is loading fine here.
Just wait without doing anything for the site to load since their site is a little slow.
