I think he means that he had obe DR in his account and now its gone from the DR. It doesent show anymore that he has one DR. Thats the way I understand him.

If Direct referrals (DR) are cheaters then the admin has every right to delete them so of course they disappeared from your list(s). Were they cheaters? If yes...

PS: My suggestion: send a support ticket guys. It's better
