I expect you to reply my support ticket. This is very important since I have to leave my country soon.

Finally, I'm still waiting for payment which pending for over 3 days.

Your support tickets have already been answered on both sites.
Also,about your payments,you have to wait up to 7 days in order to receive them.

I just looked at the memberships and it clearly states that the cash out time frame for yearly gold members is 3 day's which brings me to my problem aswell, I am a Yearly Gold member and submitted a payment request 5 days ago and still have not received it, your help would be appreciated

Hello,

First of all i just answered your support ticket.Secondly the cash out time frame is not the days that you will receive your payments.It means how often (in your case is 3 days) you can request for a payment.
All members have to wait up to 7 days in order to receive their payments.
