Hi,

Probably directed at our Admin for this one...

Can someone tell me which wallet is required to allow me to send/receive litecoin please?

I have been trying to fund using bitcoin but my bitpay wallet cannot send the funds and the request keeps timing out waiting for 2 confirmations.

We could really do with a "How to..." section on all the requirements and steps needed to be able to use the cryptocoin options please.

Until this is solved, I cannot make any more cashouts or fundings to my account.

Any help to solve this confusion greatly appreciated.
