Hello, I need your help, I have requested payments and both have been reimbursed, I would like to know what is the reason, my deposits were made with payza as well as my payment requests. Thank you

Payza is no longer available due to a lot of issues with Payza.

thanks for your answer, I am clear that payza is disabled, for this reason I make the request for payment by another payment processor and they are rejected.

Did you deposit with that processor?

In order to request your payment to a payment processor 10% of your total deposits must be made with this payment processor.If you do not have any deposits you can withdraw to any payment processor you want. If you request your payment and you do not meet this requirement your withdraw will get refunded.

my only deposits were in payza, but this processor was already disabled

Then that's the reason why your payment was refunded.
As the rule says, you need to deposit 10% of your total payza deposit using another payment processor in order for you to be able to withdraw using that processor
