what is the # of clicks your rent referrals should average.before they get recycle

Depends but if they slow down to 1 click every 3-6 days.. I usuaally recycle then :)

my referral don't generate profit:
Rented Referrals: 5
Earned so far: $0.298400
in 23 days??
rented for 0.75$ i'm losing money with an average of nearly 6 for all

Well, you are a standard member, and you only earn 40% of the click value. So of course it isn't profitable. If you were receiving 100% of click value, you'd have earned 0.29/.4=0.$72, so you'd be almost in profit.
