Rented refferal expiration

Hello to all team!!! I have a question.. What you do when rented refferal expire? You leave them to expire or recycle them? Keep in mind that mininum to rent is 5..what is your strategy?

You can't recycle an expired refferral. It goes back into referral pool.

Yes that is true for referrals that have expired

Your wish in the end, if the average is decent and you are using autopay. They will not be down that level to expire. If the avearge is poor then entirely your choice to let them expire or renew them depending when they were hired in first place. I hope you got my point, say you recycled a referral with 7 days to expire and new one moves down. You don't have a decent data about the referral activity to ascertain your action on it. So, whether you let it expire or renew it will have very little meaning.
