Hi, I deposited 0.0005(10$)bitcoin yesterday, but it does not show in the balance section
I also sent a ticket to support, but I still haven't received a reply.
Has this happened to you?

That amount is how much you said? Check with the Admin I can't help you with that, they should reply soon!

Friend, that is a very small amount maybe that's why it's not showing up in US dollar, have you tried using cash deposit?

This is the minimum amount of the site itself by default for depositing bitcoins, and the amount of bitcoins is automatically calculated by the site itself. And all the steps of the deposit were successful and the message of completing the deposit operation came to me. But in the end there was no change in my balance

I assume that it's a very small amount, maybe that's why, you can always ask for a refund, admin should help you, I hope you get it sought out.

BitCoin transactions take time. They may be verified at your end, the verification process at reciever end also happens the same way. Give it some time, leave a support ticket in any case for now.

A few days before this deposit, I made another deposit in Dash currency. Maybe it's because of that. And tell the site, for example, because you deposited with Dash, do you have to deposit with Dash after this? Is there such a law? And because I deposited with Bitcoin this time, it was not added to my account. Is such a case possible?

Yes that's probably why, friend use one deposit method, it's better to do that, and yes your probably right with that.
