I am on yearly silver from May 2021, if i upgrade to yearly gold in July 2021, how the payment of fees work? or i have to wait until my due date to upgrade?

You can upgrade any time you wish. Simply raise a support ticket with Admin after that for the refund of your pending days of the previous membership, this is done manually by Admin. Best wishes for your account
