What must I do to enable bitcoin withdrawals?

I currently only have the option of using airtm for withdrawing, but their fees are now too expensive at 8% to withdraw, another 8% to the person who converts and sends the money on to you, then add in the banks fees. Makes you feel you are working for everyone elses benefit rather than your own.

What must I do to enable bitcoin to be my choice for withdrawals?

I guess You have to deposit via BTC more then you deposited through other processors.
