good day i have a question, i am from the Philippines and i started joining last april 5, 2021. the problem is that last december 16 2021 we where hit with a strong typhoon causing a loss of communication and internet failure for 2 months plus. my question is my earning got back to zero is there a way i can restore them? thank u

As per TOS ...If you do not log in for more than 30 days your account will be marked as inactive and it might get suspended due to inactivity. You can request for a reactivation but in that case your account balance will reset. If your account remains suspended due to inactivity for more than 90 days your account will reset and after that it might get deleted as well. |
