When watching the ads I wait 30 seconds or until the timer tells me that the necessary time has passed and tells me that my visualization has qualified but that there is no restart and that I have 17 opportunities left. You have to solve the CAPCHA (upside down pic) after the timer has runout to get the credit of your click ... everytime.
