I originally had 465 RRs left. I upgraded from Monthly Member Gold to Yearly Member Gold and I bought 500 RRs. But I only received 49RR. even though my money has been deducted. I have already sent a ticket to support but have not received a response and amendment please help me what should I do next?
I'll update once I get a response and fix it.
