hello admin
i have 10 time submitted support tickets. i can't login.ask security question birthday date.not able to access my account.i gaven new birthday date.you do password changed. now still security question birthday date.why?please reply

This catches out UK users because the format we use is different.

You must enter MM/DD/YYYY

If this does not help then I do not know else what to suggest.
